Refunds & Returns

We would rather you not return fabric we have cut to your required length so we would encourage you to order a sample first to make sure you are happy with your fabric choice.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the fabric you have purchased through our website, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund as long as the fabric is in its original condition and in its original length. ie; not cut further by the customer.
Note: The refund excludes the initial postage cost.
Returns should be sent back to the address below along with your name and order number. Buyer pays the cost to return the fabric.
If there has been an error with your order or your fabric is damaged we will of course pay the postage costs for your order to be returned. Please contact us via email and we will send you a pre-paid label.
