Lee Mill Fabrics is a family-run business owned by Mike Griffiths who has been selling fabric for over 50 years in South Wales. Customers range from local dressmakers and businesses through to television studios and everyone in between. With the launch of the website in 2020, Lee Mill Fabrics is now able to offer its range of beautiful fabrics more widely.
We stock a wide range of dress, curtain and upholstery fabrics, along with dressmaking, crafting and quilting fabric.
Many of our fabrics are deadstock or end-of-line fabrics that we buy in bulk. In doing so we can offer fabrics at a much cheaper price than many other places. This does, however, mean that for many of our fabrics, once it's gone it's gone.
What is deadstock and end-of-line fabric?
Deadstock and end-of-line refers to, surplus, unused or unsold fabric. Discontinued by manufactureres, and leftover from the manufacturing process for products and apparel in textile mills or fashion houses, these fabrics often end up in landfill or burnt if not resold to companies like us.
Some clothing brands you may know that we have bought deadstock include ZARA, Monsoon, F&F and Tu.
